1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 3 days of delivery, provided:

1. The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
2. All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
3. The item is not a final sale or custom-ordered product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Custom-ordered or personalized items.
2. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
3. Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
4. Underwear, innerwear, or hygiene-related products (for health and safety reasons).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

4. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
5. We will guide you on how to send the item back or arrange a pickup (if available in Rawalpindi).

4. Return Shipping Costs

1. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
2. If you are returning an item due to change of mind, size mismatch, or preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

1. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as per your preference).
3. For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Any price difference (if applicable) will be adjusted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please:

1. Report it immediately at the time of delivery to the delivery person.
2. Or contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
3. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

8. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

1. You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us.
2. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Important Notes

1. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. Once accepted, we assume the item is received in good condition.
2. Refunds may take longer during holidays or peak seasons.
3. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
