- Orders can be placed for a maximum of 2 days in advance – i.e., Today and Tomorrow only.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery slot.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and complete.
3. Delivery Terms
- Delivery Area: Rawalpindi only (at this time).
- Delivery Timings:
- 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- We will make every effort to deliver within the selected time slot. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Our delivery team will contact you via phone before delivery. Please ensure your phone is reachable.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
- All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your order will be honored.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors, designs, and sizes may vary slightly.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment methods (if available).
- Full payment must be made at the time of delivery for COD orders.
- For online payments, your transaction is secure and processed through trusted payment gateways.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags/packaging.
- Exclusions: No returns on custom-ordered or final-sale items.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrongly delivered items.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via phone or email.
- After that, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address within Rawalpindi.
- You are responsible for receiving the delivery at the specified time slot.
- You must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any damages or issues must be reported immediately to the delivery person.

- Delays caused by third-party delivery partners or external factors.
- Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care of products after delivery.
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
