At Affordable Fashion Store, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Area

Currently, we deliver to:

1. 📍 Rawalpindi only.

We are working to expand our delivery network to other cities in the near future.

2. Order Processing Time

1. Orders are processed within 1 hour of placement (during business hours).
2. You can place orders for Today or Tomorrow only (maximum 2 days in advance).
3. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

3. Delivery Timings

We offer delivery in the following time slots:

1. 🕒 Slot 1: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
2. 🕒 Slot 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
3. 🕒 Slot 3: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

You can select your preferred time slot at the time of checkout. We will try our best to deliver within your chosen slot.

4. Delivery Confirmation

1. Our delivery team will contact you via phone before heading to your location.
2. Please ensure your phone is reachable and the delivery address is correct and complete.
3. If we cannot reach you, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available slot.

5. Delivery Charges

1. Standard Delivery: Free (for orders within Rawalpindi)

6. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within the selected time slot. However, the following factors may cause delays:

1. Weather conditions
2. Traffic congestion
3. Unforeseen emergencies
4. Public holidays

We will keep you informed in case of any significant delay.

7. Order Tracking

Currently, we provide tracking via phone call updates. Our team will notify you:

1. When your order is processed
2. When it is out for delivery
3. When it is delivered

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to:

1. Wrong address provided
2. Unreachable phone number
3. Customer not available at the time of delivery

We will attempt one more delivery on the next available slot. After that, the order may be cancelled, and you will need to place a new order.

9. Receiving Your Order

We recommend that you:

1. Inspect the package at the time of delivery.
2. Check for any damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
3. Report any issues immediately to the delivery person.

Once you accept the package, we assume the order is delivered in good condition.

10. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day or next-day delivery, please place your order before:

1. 6:00 PM for the next morning slot (8:00 AM – 10:30 AM)
2. 8:00 PM for the next day's afternoon/evening slots

Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the following day.

11. Shipping Outside Rawalpindi

Currently, we do not ship outside Rawalpindi. For bulk orders or special requests outside our delivery area, please contact us directly to discuss possibilities.
